The following information forms the basis of participation in the Red Lion R&R Club Loyalty Program. These Terms and Conditions are intended to protect the members of Red Lion R&R Club ("Members") and Red Lion Hotels Corporation, Red Lion Hotels Franchising, Inc., Red Lion Leo Hotel Collection and their respective affiliates (collectively "Red Lion"). Your participation in this Program will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and it is your responsibility to read and understand all of them. The following Terms and Conditions supersede all previous terms and conditions, and are subject to change without notice:

What is the Red Lion R&R Club?

A Member in the Red Lion R&R Club program will choose, at the time of enrollment, between participation in a points-based program or an air miles program. Red Lion R&R Club points will be awarded on a 10-point per one U.S. Dollar basis for all eligible charges posted to the Members room folio.

 


 

Can my significant other and I have one account?

Only individuals may become Members of Red Lion R&R Club. Corporations, married couples, associations or groups cannot enroll in Red Lion R&R Club.

 


 

What can I redeem my Red Lion R&R Club points for?

Red Lion R&R Club Members cannot maintain membership in or earn points on multiple accounts. If a Member is determined to be maintaining membership in or earning points on multiple accounts, Red Lion may terminate such Member's membership or terminate additional accounts the Member may have. The points-based program will provide the Member with points for each eligible dollar charged to the Member's room folio when staying at participating Red Lion Hotels. These points will be placed in the Member's account and can be redeemed for such items as complimentary room nights, air miles and merchandise certificates. Member shall be responsible for using any awards prior to the expiration date, if any, of such awards. For example, merchandise certificates/gift cards may have an expiration date placed by the Red Lion R&R Club partner.

 


 

Is there a limit to the amount of miles I can earn or redeem per month?

The air miles program will offer mileage on participating airlines directly into the Member's mileage account with the Member's chosen airline. A Member staying at a qualifying rate (excluding OTAs, inter-company, employee and contract/crew rooms) will receive 250 miles per night, with the miles thereafter being governed by the airline. Miles may take up to 90 days to show on the Member's airline account. Based upon contractual agreements with participating airlines, a maximum of 30,000 miles may be deposited into a member's account during the calendar year or any 12 month period. This applies to American and United airlines.

 


 

What is considered a "stay" / can I book a stay within the same city?

A "stay" is defined as the total number of uninterrupted nights, or one reservation, spent as the same participating hotel. A reservation is defined as a confirmation number with a check in and checkout date showing a minimum of 1 night. Back to back stays will not earn credit. To earn credit, back to back reservations must occur at different properties or a full day apart between check in and check out. Example: If making a reservation for 01/01/14 checking out 01/03/14, a subsequent reservation at the same property or within the same city for 01/03/14 checking out 01/04/14 would not earn credit. A minimum of 1 night stay with different check in and checkout dates is required to qualify for mileage or point credit. Some restrictions apply to the amount of air miles awarded to a single individual in a calendar year. To receive air miles at participating Red Lion Hotel, a guest must be a member of the Red Lion R&R Club program with their personal mileage account attached to their profile.

Red Lion R&R Club points or air miles may be earned at any participating Red Lion Hotel. Participating hotels are subject to change at any time without notice. Please visit the Red Lion R&R Club page or call (888) 606-0563 for a list of participating Red Lion Hotels. Additions and deletions to the list of participating hotels will be announced periodically. If a hotel ceases to be a participating hotel, all stays subsequent to such date will not be eligible to earn Red Lion R&R Club points or air miles, regardless of when the reservation was made or consumed. 

 


 

What is an eligible charge for me to earn Red Lion R&R Club points?

Eligible charges can include room rate, food and beverage, telephone, laundry, parking and pay-per-view movies. Participating hotels may omit charges to the Member's room for services that are not owned and/or operated by the hotel. Any applicable federal, state or local taxes, including city occupancy tax, will be omitted for calculation of point credits.

 


 

Will I earn credit from a reservation that is direct billed?

Charges related to banquets or other catering functions will not be eligible for point accrual unless the Member is participating in the Red Lion R&R Club Meeting Planner Rewards Program. Click here for Meeting Planner Program Terms and Conditions. Any charges related to a master bill account are ineligible for point or mileage credit in the Red Lion R&R Club program.

 


 

How many rooms am I able to earn credit towards during a stay?

A Member is eligible to receive points per eligible dollar or 250 air miles per night, per eligible room at participating Red Lion Hotels for their guest room and up to one additional room. Each room must be reserved and registered in the Member's name. To ensure points or miles are automatically posted to the Member's account, the Member should present his or her Red Lion R&R Club membership card at check-in. Points or miles are not awarded until the charges associated with the stay have been fully paid and processed.

 


 

Will I earn any credit when booking through a third party?

Reservations made online through third party websites (e.g. Orbitz, Expedia, Priceline, etc.) will not be eligible to earn Red Lion R&R Club points or air miles for the stay (this includes points on incidental charges). Red Lion R&R Club points or air miles credit will not be awarded for complimentary rooms, contracted crew, or permanent rooms. Only Members booking their online reservations via our branded websites will be entitled to Red Lion R&R Club program benefits. 

When traveling on business, it is the Member's responsibility to comply with his or her company policy concerning travel programs. Information regarding a Member's accumulation of points or miles for business travel is subject to disclosure to the Member's company at the Member's Company's request.

 


 

If my stay is not listed on my account online how do I get that added to my account?

It may take up to two weeks for points/miles to be added to the Member's available points balance. If a Member believes he or she has not received air mileage or point credits for a participating hotel stay, a request must be submitted for such credits to the Red Lion R&R Club Service Center with a legible copy of the Member's hotel folio. Failure to supply the adequate documentation may result in denial of such credits. For the Member's protection, the Member should retain all hotel travel documents until the points or miles credit appears on his or her Red Lion R&R Club Account. Requests for points must be received at the Red Lion R&R Club Service Center within 6 months of the missing stay date. Requests for miles must be received at the Red Lion R&R Club Service Center within 30 days of the missing stay date. Written request must also include the Member’s name, Red Lion R&R Club membership number, address and daytime telephone number.

 


 

How long does it take to receive my redemption once I have requested it?

Please allow four weeks for delivery of merchandise certificates from the date we receive your request. Red Lion is not responsible for lost or stolen awards certificates. Red Lion shall not be liable for punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising from or relating to a Member's participation in the Red Lion R&R Club.

Disclaimer of Warranty. 

Red Lion makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including with limitation, the merchantability, suitability, originality, fitness for a particular use or purpose regarding any guest stays, merchandise, experiences or any other matter, redeemed through the Red Lion R&R Club.

Limitation of Liability.

By virtue of accepting membership in the Red Lion R&R Club, Member hereby releases Red Lion and their respective officers, directors, employees, partners, agents and affiliates from and against, and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal expenses incurred by Red Lion relating to any alleged injury, death, or property damage arising from or related to any guest stays, merchandise, experiences or any other matter, redeemed through the Red Lion R&R Club ("Claims"). Further, member covenants not to sue or otherwise assert against or attempt to hold Red Lion responsible for any such Claims except in the event that such Claims arise from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Red Lion.

RED LION'S LIABILITY ON ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE MEMBER'S POINTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL RED LION BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FORSEEABLE OR NOT, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH MEMBER'S BENEFITS IN THE RED LION R&R CLUB.

 


 

How soon do I need to make room redemption reservations?

Members will be required to make reservations at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the arrival date when utilizing points for redemption of guest rooms at participating Red Lion Hotels. Rooms can only be redeemed for standard or premium room types, suites are not applicable. Credit cards are required to guarantee room redemption reservations. Standard guarantee policies apply for all room redemption reservations. Failing to contact the Red Lion R&R Club Service Center to cancel a guaranteed room redemption reservation, within the permitted cancellation time, will result in a loss of redeemed Red Lion R&R Club points. Blackout dates apply to the Red Lion Leo Hotel Collection property The Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. 

Members requesting room nights at Destination Hotels and Resorts or Preferred Hotel Group locations are required to give at least 5 days advance notification. Room nights at these locations are based on a limited availability.

Specific program benefits and services have been established for all Red Lion R&R Club Members; however, benefits and services offered by participating hotels may vary.

 


 

Will I earn credit for any incidentals during a redemption reservation?

When utilizing points for room redemptions, any incidental charges are ineligible to earn points/miles credit. This is also true for any additional paying rooms nights if listed under the same confirmation number as the redemption reservation. If a member is redeeming points for a room night and paying for additional nights, the additional room nights must be listed under a different confirmation number in order to earn credit for the paying night(s).

 


 

Am I able to redeem my points for cash/are the points transferable?

Red Lion R&R Club points are not replaceable or redeemable for cash. Red Lion R&R Club points may not be pooled with or transferred to other awards programs or accounts. Red Lion R&R Club offers program membership to individual accounts only and not to corporations or other entities.

Accrued points or miles are not the property of the Member. Red Lion R&R Club and their travel partners have the right to change, limit, modify or cancel program rules, regulations, rewards and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points or miles already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated points or miles, or the ability to obtain certain awards. Accrued points are not transferable in the event of death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law.

Red Lion reserves the right to terminate membership in the Red Lion R&R Club program in cases of fraud, misconduct or abuse. In addition to discontinuance of membership, Red Lion shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

 


 

Will my points or membership account expire?

A Member's Red Lion R&R Club membership account will expire if there is no activity with the program for four (4) years. A Member's Red Lion R&R Club points will expire if no Red Lion Hotel stay activity occurs within 24 months. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

The Red Lion R&R Club program does not have a predetermined determination date; however Red Lion reserves the right to terminate the Red Lion R&R Club program at any time.

R&R Info

Red Lion R&R Club points will not be awarded beyond the termination date of the Red Lion R&R Club program or of a Member's participation in the program, however Red Lion R&R Club Members will have six (6) months from the termination date to redeem their accumulated points. Any points remaining in a Member's account beyond that date will expire.

Programs and promotions relating to the Red Lion R&R Club may be modified or terminated at any time.

The Red Lion R&R Club program is void where prohibited by law.

Determination of a Member's tax liability for any awards provided is the sole responsibility of the Member.

All terms and conditions of the Red Lion R&R Club program are construed and governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Each member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to Red Lion R&R Club terms and conditions, as they may change from time to time, an as to the number of points in his or her account. Red Lion R&R Club will attempt to send correspondence to active Members to advise them of matters of interest, including notification of program changes. However, neither Red Lion nor companies participating as Red Lion R&R Club partners will be liable for any failure to do so and will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the Member, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, for any other technical on non-technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail or other mail for whatever reason.

Each Member is responsible for advising Red Lion R&R Club of any address changes.

If you have indicated on your enrollment form that you do not want to be contacted by third parties, we will endeavor to comply with your request but cannot guarantee that it will be possible to do so. Red Lion shall have no liability to Member if Member is contacted by a third party or any partner as a result of a Member's participation in the Red Lion R&R Club.

In order to administer Red Lion R&R Club point redemptions, it may be necessary to provide information about our Members to our Red Lion R&R Club partners solely to be used for the purpose of providing redemption merchandise and/or experiences to our Members. By joining the Red Lion R&R Club you give permission for our processing of and providing such information to our Red Lion R&R club partners.
